WYAC with Mick Aston (he's off Time Team don't you know!)

On Sunday 25th June at WYAC presented an exhibition of the findings and work of the Broadway Fieldwork Project.

It truly was a great success, with both members of the public and specially invited guests gob smacked with all the work that the club members have put into the project.  We had a VIP guest, as Mick Aston, from Time Team, came and presented certificates for those who have worked on the project.  He was very impressed and would like to work with WYAC in the future!

Mr Brain, the farmer who owns the land we surveyed was equally impressed with what you have done and has said he is more than pleased for us to to do more work on the site HOORRAYYY!!!.

In addition, the club impressed all the local and county councillors that were invited. 

We invited all the main presenters from Time Team, however not all could attend, but they all sent nice letters
